They unfortunately make mistakes with their orders and miss toppings....I've been in the shop when customers come back, complain and they don't correct it in future.

Every time I tell myself I wont go back to this store and every time I give them another chance just to prove again that they do not have customer service. They are happy to assit and take your money but then forgot you ordered something and have to go and ask them where the order is. How difficult is it to call out orders when they are done? Do you really have to wait at the counter and ask the staff if you can have your food?

Roman's Pizza MeadowdaleThe service is the WORST. Some of the staff is so Rude and unhelpful.We always oder from them but this was the last. The cashier did not even try to accommodate us or listen to what I wanted to say. He was irritated and rude. We always oder pizza for school events in large quantity. Surely the last time.PS. our last oder there was a mayo and feta pizza - almost no chicken and the other pizza the seafood was still raw. Im pregnant and that would've made me very sick if i didn't notice.

Very disappointed with the service received today.Firstly I placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15 mins.The store was packed so I opted to wait outside.After 20 mins I went inside to check if my order was ready.The lady in the front said it was not ready but I could see it within the other orders on the rack.After waiting inside for another 10 mins finally they called me giving me the same order they had said it was not ready.The lasagna was burnt and dry as per the picture below.

First impressions wasn't the best, twice I came to check on my order and twice I was told 10 more minutes". At 40 minutes waiting for pizza they are quite slow by Roman's standards
