Nice little shop. Has pretty much all you'll need. Found they are consistent with stock of bones for dogs which is good.

Shockingly bad customer service. Leticia promised specific type of food available, on hand for customer to collect, 28 March just past 09:00. When trying to collect same day, the new Manager, Alex, extremely unhelpful, advising they do not keep that stock size, not attempting to help resolve in any way, nor apologizing. Literally do not have food for my dogs because of this terrible service. Will never purchase from this store again. Reconsider if you do, as they do not value repeat customers or their animals well-being.

Manager on duty is extremely stubborn and doesn't greet or engage ! Lady who assisted was afraid when my dog playful towards her . Why work in a pet store if u are afraid of a dog jumping up to be petted??? Groomer was friendly and efficient .

Clearly asked the groomer NOT to cut my dogs back paw. She has only one back leg so her nails are worn down because of it. She still goes ahead and cuts my dog and broke her nail. It’s hanging off!!! Disgusted by the service!!!

By far my favourite AbsolutePets store - right outside Woolies, super convenient.The staff know me (and my dog) by name! As well as our favourite treats, food, leads and toys.Their staff are super helpful and caring; stock is wide in variety and always changing with new and improved products; they're open until really late and their grooming service is affordable and good quality.Pop in there for an affordable awesome treats, toys, food and more for your pet. Plus you get PetParent reward points which you can save up to buy your furry friend spoils on their birthday!

Best grooming service around. I took my long haired cat and they did a great job without stressing her. Very friendly and reasonably priced.
