Went in for an oil change service and to change the cam belt. Car came back SHAKING!!! Took it back 4 times! Each time the owner told me the problem was fixed when it never was. After diagnostics were done at VW and I went back a 5th time, they finally managed to improve (not fix) the problem. My car is still not hundred percent and I would FORCE people to stay away from this place if I could! You will regret it! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I beg you!!

Very bad service, I came in at 08:00 am for a minor service. After 6 hours still not done, they tell me that it doesn't make when you arrived. The first car becomes the last car to be serviced. Because they put other cars to block the entrance, and so you have to wait till they finish the cars behind you. If you value your time and have things to do, please don't go there. Very terrible experience, and they don't even care.

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with my vehicle being sent for repair and service. Nothing was done and completed as promised, accounts and management response and handling of complaints is very u professional. Workshop and workmanship is shocking. I will not recommend them at all.

Took my vehicle there for a timing chain, they replaced the whole timing chain kit and a few weeks later it had the same issue. I took it back and they charged me again for the same thing. Look elsewhere.

Lisa very unprofessional. They couldn't even explain the rates for labour that they were charging me. Decides to hang the phone in my ear instead of explaining. Took exactly 5 days for them to do a simple clutch and break pad change and charged me heavily. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

I would recommend them any day. We came from Mpumalanga to visit family over Christmas, ou car's engine light came on. Turnsout there was major issues, they assisted us with even helped with a replacent vehicle to return to Mpumalanga while waiting for spares. They are cheap and reliable, and I can reccommend to anyone. May God bless this people.

If I could give no star I would. This is the worst experience. Unethical. My car was in good working condition and I was just taking it for service, it came back a scrap. And they made me pay a lot of money for damaging my car. I can't even drive it, I have to hire a car now to be able to go to work. Whatever you do, TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

There is only one thing i can say about this place and that is that it's simply amazing, every time someone I know went there, they had a great experience and every time they go back, they get the same brilliant experience. Whether its when you call the number and the lady on the other side talks to you as if she's known you for years or the mechanics that have such a passion for their job that they go out of their way to explain exactly what's going on with your car if you have any questions, this place is simply indescribable, brilliant brilliant brilliant, keep up the good work guys, wouldn't go anywhere else, i have found my place

I phoned them on the 19/12/2022 to book for a major car service for the 20/12/2022. They did accept and indicated that they open at 7h00 a.m.I do acknowledge that I came in a bit late. I got there by 10h03 as I was driving from Jozini (+/-180kms away). Got to the reception where there was a lady. She was busy sorting out car parts and consumables needed for the cars that they have already had at their workshop. Having waited for few minutes (+/-5min), she came and asked me How can I help you?" "I came for a major car service
