Absolutely pathetic service! I have been waiting for my parcel since the beginning of December and it has been lie upon lie. The item has been on its way with the courier how many times..... not responsive at all. I've told her that i will arrange for a courier company to come and collect my item from her, she has agreed to this, however she does not even want to share the address. I do believe that my item does not even exist. Please stay far away!!

Dont make use of this people they crooks we ordered a bed in November last year 2022 no bed yet. Just went to the police station to make a case. Everytime its a different story.

Seven weeks I've been waiting for my parcel! Seven weeks !!!. No answer no replying, no coming back when they say they would. I'm so disappointed and mad. I have to cancel all my orders now, because they did this to me. No waybill number still, ! No explanation why !This is not how you treat your customers.

This is the worst service I've ever had. I am very disappointed. The communication is terrible and I've been patient taking specific situations into account. My calls are ignored and i've been lied to multiple times. Still waiting for my order.
