I bought a chicken cram decker from Debonairs Volksrust and to my disgust, it was just stuffed with mostly mushrooms that looked like they were burnt and there was hardly any chicken.. I ignored that and bought it the next time and the same thing happened. I'm a lover of pizza, so I decided to now order a small tripple decker without mushrooms.. the onions weren't chopped well, it had chunks of onions as though the onions are just torn off by hand and placed on the pizza. I concluded Im never buying Debonairs pizza in Volksrust. I only buy it when Im in Newcastle. I just hope they'd bring someone from Newcastle to come train them.

The pizza I bought is burnt.All the bases are burnt.My R164.90 went to waste.I bought creamy meaty triple decker.I got a burnt lumpy,salty sourcy pizza.please check I have publish photos under photo gallery.I am so disappointed.

Terrible . Placed our order ,they said 15-20 mins order was late . They rushed the order by taking it out before it was done ,pizza was cold and underdone ,tasted horrible .

I love Debonairs and like to order online. On 28 June 2022 we went to the store. Placed our order. Order 351. Got home and opened the boxes, one pizza was wrong. Drove back to Debonairs, got the right pizza went back home. Just to realize we never got our cooldrinks and I always order extra cream cheese on my triple decker but no extra cream cheese was on my pizzas.

Placed an order at 16:15, but 2 and half hour later I'm still waiting. Only delivered at 18:50. Good service, no way.
