KAUAI Checkers Fairbridge
On 11 March I had ordered yet another Citrus Glo as I do every week. I decided to try Kauai at Checkers Fairbridge and might I say it was the worst decision.I was helped by a lady who did not include all the ingredients and actually laughed when I told her she did not put in everything. As can be seen from the website’s picture to the one I took , I was given slushy instead of a smoothy. After I raised my concerns to Kauai’s website I was told that someone would assist me within 72hours. I had to email them yet again on 23rd of March since no one got back to me. Today I was phoned by a lady who says that the problem has been resolved. Leaving me with nothing? I did not get any refund , just a thank you for letting them know. What a big whoop whoop for future customers who encounter the same and wants to seek help.

I've been going to this particular KAUAI twice or three times a week for the past two weeks.1. The quality of the smoothies are not consistent (Tasteless or lack correct ingredients)2. Not all ingredients are added for example the Tropical CBD smoothie is suppose to have hemp seeds in it which they forget to add.3. They do not blend the smoothies 100%, which causes the smoothies to have big chunks of fruit/ raisins in my case.I'm sure it is not all staff members who makes these mistakes but i had to bring this to your attention.Comparing your store to the Tygervalley Mall's there is a massive difference, 95% of the time i get the consistent tasting smoothie from Tygervalley.

If this is the place at food court near the bakery, inside Checkers, the meat strips burgers, spicy chips and coffee are delicious, but our only problem is struggling to communicates with staff coz of bloppin' stupid masks that they misunderstood us.

We normally get our wraps from the Durbanville Kauai. But we decided to try this one. What a disappointment. It had half the filling and felt like we got robbed. Never again even the smoothies we got from them i feel is less. Never again.
