Brilliant service, friendly and helpful.

I started with TCS WiFi in December 2021. What a fantastic WiFi company to go to, bragging how awesome they were, how grateful I was to have tech support on WhatsApp. I even got a few people (friends and strangers) to join TCS WiFi. 1 year and 7 months later, I have had hell for just over 20 days where we go back and forth, with sometimes rubbish answers by techs who don't know what's going on even after I draw pictures. The system keeps going up and down, with excuse after excuse. They came out to change a dish as it was rusting. Nothing changed from there. I'm a patient person, but my patience is up and I'm paying for a service that I'm not even properly receiving. Almost everything buffers, and all in 1 month. I know I'm venting but for the false advertising method of world class WiFi internet"
