Tonight i got to the shop at 6:31. A gentleman game to the door to advise that the other shop is still open and i can use them. I asked that i just want to buy patches for someone. There was still a client inside the shop. Sad to say that i was advised that we close at 6:30. This will definately make me think twice before i will visit them again.

Have orderd meds for my husband and also ask for a small packet of Lays chips for my little girl. They are so nice and friendly. Delivery was great. And who ever rtook my order gave me the chips and a nice note. It was so sweet and made my day. Thank you so much.

Very bad sevice at all essential health Pharmacy's in Brackenfell, it is not the firts time that some of the personel are very rude and do not even try to help you or just give you a cold shoulder, you are not better than your clients, so do something about it.

This is my happy place... Everybody knows me, the staff all greet and are friendly, even when they are busy! They go out of their way to make your life easier as the customer. Pre-arrange all my chronic meds and keep track of this for me by sending a Whatsapp message. I wish that every pharmacy had this work ethic and business model. In 3 years, I have only ever had one bad experience with a snotty pharmacist, who was thankfully not there very long. Kudos Essential Health Protea Heights
