Terrible service from lady taking orders She was very confused l. I waited 40 minutes for a bubble waffle" that never arrived. I eventually left with no waffle and no refund. I saw three other orders come out

Customer Service is non-existing here. The staff seem to think it is more important to stand and chat and play on their phones than it is to attend to their customers.

Walked into Waffle and kie to enquire about the different flavours of gelato, the waitress was sitting down at a table with a friend or a co worker, this waitress ever greeted me, she signed so loud and stood up and walked over to me with such a bad attitude, I walked out!

Stunning Waffles!I just wish the service was as good as the food.How can you make an excuse that she is only a trainee"? Rather let that "trainee" be trained by someone who knows how waitering works.No respect

Unfortunately not a great experience. Tasteless melty ice cream which already soaked my waffel. Waiters ro busy talking to each other, no attention given to you as customer. Received my bill while still eating & having my drink, without asking for my bill. Only 1 other table was used. Not as if they had a que out the door.Very disappointed.

As good or even better than real Belgium Wafels in Belgium! Massive serving and friendly service. Great coffee too!

The Ice-cream I bought was pippermint but it tasted like medicine. Not nice at all. Service was very good though!
