Raymond from Ultra flooring quoted me for a carpet. I asked for an improvement in the price and was requoted with a significant cash discount. I accepted the quote and informed Raymond that I would go to the shop with my cash deposit.When I went to visit the shop Ultra Flooring back pedaled on honoring the deal saying they do not accept cash (quotation clearly says cash discount!).Probably better to do business with a more professional company than this one!
