Shell Filling Station

This specific service station deserves to enter the history books. One day we will all gather our grandkids and explain why a fuel service station was only providing Air for tire pressure and nothing else.You literally can’t get fuel, shop understocked (maybe if you are looking for ICE and wood you might be lucky). Mind you this service station is not understaffed, they are well staffed, they just don’t know how to coordinate their pumping activities.The one- or 2-days fuel is available the service station is very busy because well yeah there are in a strategic location, drive with caution, I have been bumped twice. Cars bump each other all the time, it’s so common that the attendants just look at you and carry on with their business.Purchasing goods in the shop also takes you hours, mind you, they are not understaffed, it’s just that no one knows what to do and when hence all the delays.The other day they wouldn’t swipe my discovery vitality drive card because it nolonger works anymore, guess what I didn’t fill up and went to another shell garage where I gladly swiped my vitality drive card and got my fuel back.This service station is soon to become defunct if no one pays attention to it.

Peek hour (14h00-19h00) time it's not a great place to be. The petrol tenants are slow and don't do the jobs well.Be prepared to wait 10 to 15mins to get attended to.

Seems to havd issues in getting enough petrol as often you get told No fuel".Otherwise a clean filling station"

Theres always no fuel but they are open & if it happens that theres fuel, its chaotic scenes when you try to fill up, absolutely a mess

Ever since this garage opened again, the staff ask for tips, a tip is something to be given freely not a must can someone teach this guys, yes it's not all of them but there is one guy that has asked me twice for tip. He be like and my tip? Really?

Thought since it's re opened and new management it's better now then l decided to give it a try tjo the worst service ever had to stand for 10 Min waiting for someone to attend to my car dololo they all stood there like they didn't see me....thank God now we have Engen garage to help cos Sasol garage it's always busy but very good service

Shell garage Cosmo city. The staff is great and excellent service however I feel like the management there is failing these staff who always provide great service and the reason why I have rated them this way is because for the past 3 months there has been issues of service delivery. No petrol every time and you can imagine how much money they are losing every week, there has to be a day where there is no petrol and to make matters worse they don't even put a sign to alert us so that we don't bother going in there. They will let you go in and you are waiting for an attendant to come they all just disappear and expect us to know that there's no petrol. I don't know what is going on there but this has to stop or they can close their doors. What is key is for them to communicate and put a board out there however the staff were told not to do so??Its really pathetic. Service levels will go down because of this.

Worst of the worst filling Station ever,those guys they don't care about their jobs,i would rather push my car home than to wait at that Station if it happens that i get stuck next to Shell,the service is pathetic its like they're doing you a favour ...Tjoooo

Worst place ever!!! First time in the area and what I experienced was shocking! I'm waiting for an Uber so I decided I'll go inside the store to get a drink. When I walk inside there is literally NOONE inside the store! I waited for about 10 minutes inside calling out for assistance and noone cams out. After about 10 minutes or so two guys come out from the back like they didn't just leave the store unattended! I went back in and told them how unprofessional that was and how disgusted I was. They were giggling and said they had to do something at the back. I asked if it was that important that it felt okay for them to leave the store unattended and they both replied yes!! One of the guys name was Mafika and the other one was bald. This really needs to be addressed! I'm very disappointed. LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!
