1. Your online store and in store prices should be the same. You go into the store just to be told that you must buy it online if you want that price, but you can pick up in store (i.e. they will give you the same stock that's already there). *logic has left the room*2. I was told that if I place the order online, I can fetch the next day. Obviously this was not the case. Calls are not picked up to query and I'm still waiting on Day 3.DON'T BUY FROM HERE - Go to Takealot!

Nothing special. The store is way too small. Service is okay. Nothing to brag about. If the staff is having a conversation with a friend or a fellow employee, you (as the customer) must wait.

Called to enquire about a gaming console and the guy on the phone phone (Alain..sorry if I misspelt)was very helpful and informative. My call got cut and he called back. Very good service.

Worst customer service ever ,called and ordered a game the lady there told me they have it drove all the way from pmb only to be told it’s for another customer and then she told me it’s a reject copyVery disappointed

Horrible store that doesn't give you all the details until after purchasing an item. No mentions of time limits for returns or exchanges for unopened items on till slips nor in their terms and conditions

I love this place friendly staff lots of games for ps and xbox and nintendo has gift cards but not for nintendo :] I recomend going here.
