I've been trying to get these guys to come and fix a deck that they did not install properly for over 12 months now. Every time it's a diffrent excuse as to why it can not be done yet. After countless missed appointments and unanswered messages we will now need to contract someone else to try and repair the deck which has warped and lifted in places. Absolutely shocking for a small business to behave like this in this economy.
