32teeth Dental and Oral Hygiene Practice

I started seeing Dr. Chelsea at 32Teeth when I needed emergency treatment on my teeth. There was extensive work that she needed to be done. She was very cognisant of doing too much too quickly but also in making me feel comfortable.The reception staff were and are nothing but friendly. At the age of 42 I am still hesitant to visit the dentist, this is due to a horrific childhood dentist who put me off for life. I booked a clean and consultation about sensitivity in my jaw. Upon arrival, the waiting room is something out of a Top Billing episode. Clean and super comfy. The greeting was warm friendly by all of the team. Jameela has got to be the most gentle dental hygienist I have ever gone to. Thank you! Next I saw Chelsea who is now my favorite dentist. Super knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in her care with Lynne operating like a champ in the background. Thank you for restoring my faith in the dental industry.

After putting off cleanings for too many years I decided to see a hygienist while in Cape Town from the States. I contacted several providers in my area by email and received a prompt reply from 32teeth outlined the procedures and costs. They offered an appoint for the next day. Allison did my cleaning and was very skilled and professional. The office is clean and modern with state of the art equipment. I made a second appoint for two days later for a whitening treatment performed again by Allison and am very happy with my new brite smile. Beautiful work.

I would rate them less than 1 star. They don’t care about their patients at all. They overcharge and let you do their admin for them. They don’t give you important information. I also went for zoom teeth whitening a few years ago and never even received the “included” home kit but was to shy to ask. They booked theatre time for my almost 5 year old son but never told me my medical aid does not cover them. Never again!

I was in Cape Town for business and had a small dental emergency with a crown. Although 32teeth were fully booked (and knowing that I was a visitor that may probably never visit the practice again), they called me back with an appointment the same morning. I was taken care of by Dr. Abrahamse, who took great care and time to not only fix the problem, but also to explain the alternatives available to me. What an overall pleasant and professional experience. I will definitely plan my future dental appointments around my trips to CT.

Simply the best.This is a modern, friendly and highly skilled practice where excellent dental care is offered in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The conventional trauma associated with a visit to the dentist is totally absent, and even my children from a young age loved going there.Very highly recommended.

I usually do not write reviews, but after much consideration decided to advise whoever may be reading this to please request a quote before going to this dental practice. We felt completely ripped off for the experience received! 3 of my family members went and were charged the ridiculous price of R738 for gloves/PPE. When we queried this we were given a whole lot of information as to why we were charged so much, but really this did not make any sense. Discovery Health only paid a small portion of this PPE at their Discovery Health rate (DHR). In fact, the DHR covered less than half this account in total. Usually we go to a very highly experienced dentist in Durbanville (25+ years experience in his own private practice with excellent equipment), who charges closer to DHR . He unfortunately was fully booked and we managed to easily get an appointment here, so gave it a try as we live in the area. The staff here were very pleasant and the oral hygienist did do a good job, but the dentist we saw was young and inexperienced and gave my husband some inaccurate advise.

The reception lady is very racist. Just because am black she didn't treat me well. I came to ask for a dentist. She couldn't answer any of my questions and chase me away .I don't think people should treat others that way.i believe if I was white she would have replied to my questions. Doesn't mean if am black I can't afford a dentist . Very racist people
