Brandon sold me a possibly defective battery which damaged a few others I bought at the same. He blamed my charger, then said it's because of the way I used the batteries. I bought 10 for over R7000 and I asked for him to replace the defective battery and the 3 others it damaged with it.. I followed all the instructions I was provided. I asked for more but wasnt given them. He made factually incorrect claims about the batteries and their capabilities, and boldly claimed that I overcharged them with no evidence. He said because I didn't use the battery in a recommended application, which means I violated their returns policy. He made no attempt to resolve the problem, he immediately blamed me then changed his tune when I proved him wrong. He was being so childish that I showed him 3 different simple Google results that showed how the charger wasn't the issue, he told me not to use Google and said I should phone a warehouse. This is after I told him I had 12 years electrical engineering experience. He attempted to educate me on battery charging by confusing the LiFeP04 batteries I bought with Li-Ion, which is an important distinction especially under these circumstances. After that he spoke to a receptionist at the warehouse he bought them from, she made a comment about me using them in a UPS then he moved away from blaming the charger and overcharging, based on a receptionists comments...
