This is the ONLY electrical supply shop in Worcester that is open on a Saterday. So we checked the time they open and was there a few minutes after the opening time only to find the shop closed. We came back an hour later still nothing. Phoned their phone number... no answer or a message on their phone system. No sign nothing to indicate they will be closed for the long weekend. Worst shop ever. This is not the first time this shop irritates the living daylight out of me..

Best electrical store in Worcester. It is apparently only an temporary site for the store as they are planning to move to an bigger store. The staff are friendly and helpfull. Prices are decent. If there is anything that is not in the store that you need you can order it through them from an catalog. Would use again if I need anything.
