Filthy, dirty and horrible smelling ladies bathrooms. Shelves in the shop were almost empty, 5 shelves were completely empty.

Didn't use fuel station, but visited the convenience store and Debonairs. The shop has the bare essentials with the emphasis being on the word bare. Staff are rude! Debonairs was efficient and good food though.

Wonderful service. We were stuck here after a breakdown. The staff and owner/manager went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable in a bad situation when a group of thugs started eyeing us suspiciously. The let us wait inside the shop and later even let us rest for a bit in the closed take-away restaurant. I am happy to report that there are still good people in this world who care about those around them. If I could I would give you 6 stars just for this 1 incident.

Bathrooms are in a horrible state. Mens side stinks. At the ladies side . The first stall does not have a toiletseat. The second stalls door has no lock. The third one the toilet is covered in insulation tape. The last one is locked. This is for months now. Disgusting. Will not go there again. Staff not friendly either

Really bad service, had to wait 10min before being helped by a mumbling petrol attendant. You cant swipe your Dischem benefit card, as I was told at the first and second time passing through Cradock, that 'it would be fixed within the next few days'Restrooms were untidy, without toilet paper in the Ladies room - unacceptable during the December holiday time

Must say ' your all in one stop ' fill up with fuel then get something to eat and drink from the clean shop and friendly staff before continuingyour journey. Toilets are well maintained and clean. With a Debonairs Pizza also on site for your convenience.

Visited this service station while on a bus trip between Port Elizabeth and Johannesburg.Arrived at about 22;00 with sleep liner full of passengers. 15 minutes for a rest stop.The toilets were filthy.. Taps not working in wash basin, no hand soap.In the bonjour shop total chaos.. 1 person Manning the till and most people paying by card..The busses stop here everyday.. management should really offer a better service to travellers using the facilities and spending money on snacks, eats and drinks..

Pathetic Service from the Petrol attendent, and a extremely rude attitude. No manager on site. He swiped my Fuel Card twice, telling me that it declined on both swipes. Called Standard Bank and the Authorisation was approved on the first swipe, turns out the first card machine had no paper in it. Instead of just inserting a new roll and giving me a reprint receipt. Thank you for Fraud protection my card can only be swiped once a day. One wonders if it's a double swipe maybe he thought he was going to pocket the other R807.90. Will definitely never use this Garage again......

On 28 December 2019 my car stepped on broken bottle at the parking lot of your garage. This punctured my tyre. I had been driving over 8 hours from Johannesburg.The diligence of the petrol attendants, and there were 3 of them, in fixing my tyre was admirable. They didnt need to, because it was not their fault, but they felt it was important to help me.I didn't take their names, but tell them I say thank you again.
