THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER/BUSINESS EVER MET!As a Business person I bought parts from Germalectric, Kraaifontein over the years and recently again bought a thermostat from him for the amount of R220.00 at closing time. Firstly he could not give me a invoice as it was on closing time.When we wanted to install the thermostat my technitian found that the thermostat does not click on, this due to a factory fault.I returned the thermostat two days later driving all the way from Stellenbosch and he did not have a other thermostat to replace this faulty one, he even tested it and found it faulty....said he will return it to the suppliers for exchange. I left the stat with him.I called but he did not receive new stats and on Tuesday 30/10/2018 I called him again about the stat and he said that he has not received stock on the stats but that he have one 300 degrees in stock.On arrival he showed me the stat marked R160.00 and I said that it is ok, can we just exchanged it and he refused, wanted me to pay for the stat. I replied that this is unfair and that it is a factory fault but he just looked at me in a pathetic way and refused to exchange. I said to him if that is the way he wants to do business I will never support him again, even that did not move him.I walked out and turned around outside and asked for the faulty stat back which he handed to me in a quite arrogant way.This is the type of business he is running, hope his business can manage this type of arrogance of himself as owner, not willing to resolve a problem occurring from his side….I will never even allow my staff to buy one cent from him in the future!

Owner is very helpful and goes the extra mile when selling i find the prices reasonable and staff are very friendly
