How bad can Nigel Debonair Pizza be you place a order at 19:49 and this specific lady tells you about 45min for delivery and when you get your order it is cold. And they arrive here at 21:10 I'm not satisfied with there service at all. And I need a explanation from management.

Very poor service!!! Order and an hour an a half later they only delivered the boxes were smashed food squadhed and cold... i have fotos and will be shading this with the media.We cannot make contact with the owner please do not respond by saying we want to get in contact please submit on this link..... it does not submit!!!!

Hi , I would like to get in contact with the owner of this Debinairs, I Have had repeated bad service and not to mention the rudeness from the manager. Tonight I placed an order at 19H00 , an hour later and I still haven't received my order , I Then received an sms saying that my order was cancelled with no reason after I had already paid, when I call the store they keep saying my order is on its way but they can't tell me to which address??! The manager just drops the phone when he can't answer questions ,very unprofessional. I wish there was competition in Nigel so that we wouldn't be forced to deal with such. I would love to speak to the owner so that we can discuss this further.

I ordered a pizza on the 5th May 2022 in Nigel and toppings were very few in a way that I could count them, some pieces didn't have toppings at all. I can't believe we paying so much to eat a base that has cheese spreader on it only. Debonair pizza standard is slowly going down shame.

I ordered pizza today at 11:27 and never received my order..... Waited and waited but nothing...... Very unhappy and not impressed at all with Debonairs in Nigel....... When you phone they ask How can we make your day amazing" Nothing amazing only disappointed and left unsatisfied....... Will never order from Debonairs Nigel again......."

Steers- R109 for a cold and souking (dripping) with souse burger and really slap chips literally.Fishaways- R99 for cold fish and even worse slap pap chips dripping with oil and microscopic rubbery calamari strips.

Have ordered Pizza 2 hours ago and still no delivery. Have called numerous times and they have all these excuses. They even promised to call us back to tell what the holdup is and still nothing. Will never support Debonairs again. Worst service ever.
