I know how to deal with the castomas

Ordered 40 of the same colour plates off their clearance section, paid and received 20 of one colour, 18 of another and then another 2 of a different colour. I pointed out the problem, phoned. Left messages. After a number of emails back and forth I was told that they unfortunately don’t have 40 of the same and they would have to refund. Still, I had no problem with that. I responded with my banking details. That was a week ago, still no response after that. The whole company lacks communication. Granted not all their products are bad, but they do need to jack up their service. Downside is that when I spoke to a catering supplier about my bad experiences they told me that it’s the norm, you never get everything you order, they always have a story and they blame different sections of the company for their mistakes (guys checking bins, shipping, warehouse)Not good!

Will never order again... My sales assistant was an absolute rude woman. Asked many times that they should give box weight and dimensions, and if you ask for an adress they speak so rushed and you barely hear anything they are saying.Absolutely ridiculous service....
