I have worked with Gunther and his team at various properties, I would never consider another system. They really make the installation process so easy, and the system is without doubt the most user friendly of any system I have worked on. What I like the most is that it is one system for front of house and back of house, so no having to deal with different companies.Their service and support are brilliant!!! Really makes for such a refreshing change working with a company that is so customer focused.Well done to their team!

Hotsoft is great! Been using it for a number of months now and the back up support and personal contact has been outstanding. Most of our hardware were removed during a burglary recently and the replacement units were driven in by top management and installed overnight.
