WORST WORST WORST.Will not recommend them at all! Wish I read their reviews on google before contacting them,Their communication skills is 0 and I've called them about 7 times to give me quote after paid them the call out, My washing machine is so so damaged and look so bad!If I could I would've reviewed them a 0.Don't support them!

Wonderful service! Collected, Fixed my washing machine and delivered all within 3 days. I had another issue with the machine which I thought was related to the first issue. Called them and within half an hour they were at my home having a look at the machine. Sorted out the problem quickly which was not related to the first issue.I’m very happy with their service!Thank you guys so much for really looking after the client! Amazing!

Technician comes out to check my washing machine. I pay the R550 call out fee and then get a ridiculously expense quote for parts. I decide to do my own research before going ahead with the quote - turns out this company was trying to charge me 4 X TIMES more for the same part compared to another reputable service provider! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND!

Do not use this company! They are so unprofessional, and they have also been rude and aggressive in their dealings with me. I called them a month ago to repair my dishwasher. They claim to have replaced to PC board, which they said was damaged by rodents (they did not bring me the part that they had replaced so I have no evidence of the work they did); they returned my dishwasher and it gave exactly the same error when they plugged it in. They brought me a loan machine, and for 3 weeks they didn't answer my calls or whatsapp messages - I was about to report a case of theft to the police.They told me that the dishwasher worked at their workshop, and that the problem is with the water pressure at my house. Their loan dishwasher worked without any problem at my house, so the argument makes no sense. They then demanded that I pay them for the service, when I have exactly the same problem that I had a month ago. The owner (Hayden) and the manager were rude and aggressive on the phone and in their Whatsapp messaging. Do yourself a favour and find another service provider.

Had both my washing machine and fridge fixed by Bergen @ Rivonia . Not only do they collect with speed they also fix with speed. They have saved me money to hire van to collect . Great service and very affordable. Keep up the good work

Such a great experience getting an old tumble dryer repaired. The team and staff were and are exceptional on customer service, delivery, repair and the charges for repairs was well under what I expected to pay.I would highly recommend them and will be sending more of my appliances here for fixing.

I've never used them, so have no idea of whether or not they are any good.

I dropped off a vacuum to be repaired, I was promised to be called with an estimated the following day. Nobody called me for 1 week, so I called them. They told me the vacuum was fixed and ready for collection. I arrived to collect, but the vacuum was not repaired I was told to come back the next day. I came the following day, vacuum still not fixed, had to wait 1h while they fixed it.These guys are clueless, don't waste your time.

If only I had read the reviews before trusting them with the 'repair' of our tumble dryer. I paid R3000 to get the machine's element replaced incl call out. Machine came back making a terrible noise. They came out again, checked and said the noise was coming from the rear plate being pushed against a pipe. Utter nonsense because machine never made that noise standing in the same position for 3 years. I asked for my money back excl the call out which I was willing to pay. 2 days after they were here last and the machine was making a noise like something was loose inside, the heat element broke again. They've returned 4 times,thankfully gave us a loan machine, but I am absolutely stunned that this situation has turned out the way it has. Is there no recourse against this service provider?

Well this was a surprise find. Saw the store from Rivonia road, made a left turn, and walked into Aladins cave. Household appliances stacked neatly around the shop Foyer. The staff and technicians well versed to the tasks at hand. Very helpful and polite. Well worth a visit.
