Star Centre East London

Whenever the name of this company is mentioned, I wish I can just hit everything in that yard, I really hate the place. My Volvo S40 was brought to them on the 9th of December 2022, I only got it today the 19th of April 2023.They do not care at all and they only rate people because this is the second time. Even with our Mercedes Benz, it took 6 months with in their premises. I really wonder why are the insurances frustrating us with this place,.I wish I can never deal with them again. That is just a horrible place.

Thank you for the great service. After replacing the steering rack of my car it was like driving a new car. Also appreciated that I got my car washed and cleaned back. Would 100% recommend Star Centre.

Took my car there after it was broken into, to replace the locks, firstly it took them 3 months to get the parts, I understand that this might not be their fault. But it's still annoying Then they took longer than they said they would to fix the car,. Once I received the car back, the power steering pump was broken, I appear to have a different windscreen wiper motor as well. I was told they didn't touch the inside of the engine and I understand this could be the case but the car went in fine and came back costing me more money. My understanding of customer service is that is why these company's have insurance. What if one of their staff members took my parts? Yet I'm just told that it isn't their fault. Won't be coming back here

It's a shame I even have to give 1 star. Firstly they misquoted, then told me they could do part of the job for the money then refused to do the job at all! Then had the gall to charge R820 for bank and admin fees on my refund! All this after they messed up the quote and refused to do the work. Dreadful!

Professional service was provided from the access control security at the front gate to the reception. The workmanship was excellent on my fender and I was impressed with the use of technology to keep me informed about the progress of the repair work.
