Internet was all good in the beginning , until problems came with the faulty router, and now waiting but no one comes. When I call its always a different person who struggles to speak English properly , then I can't hear well through the accent. I don't think they understand English well either honestly....asking me to repeat myself many times when I'm quite clear. They say month to month, but expect a payment the following month when you cancel. They give such automated responses as if it was a studied answer. Don't fall for it please. I'm expecting an automated response to this post too, like all the others

BEWARE of this business. Although data offering seems good when it comes to cancelling or deactivating they will just continue to debit your account despite MANY promises from their support desk. STAY AWAY from these guys and go with one of the bigger providers who at least honour commitments. Massively disappointed as I was hoping Rain would be a company that would be a good one. They we given notice to deactivate in September and here we are in December and they are still trying to take money off my account, even though the bank returns them.

Rain is horrible. Took my money and never delivered the router and sim card. I cancelled and my cancellation request was supposedly escalated but I received no communication back from them about it, no router and no money back. That's theft in my books. Their courier company CCD couriers is just a scam. My advice, don't fall for the TV adverts - stay away from this company! Rain I'm still waiting for my refund.

Advertised that you can cancel at anytime but doesn't respond to cancellations and takes money off your account in any case. . I've been waiting for a respond or to hear anything back since before my payment was due but nothing. I need to be refunded. You guys took money off my account even though Im not using your services anymore

Rain uses a terrible courier company (CCD) to deliver the sim cards. They call once while driving, I lost signal and then disappear again. Rain deducts your payments immediately but can't deliver the goods. This purchase is for SomeWatt Solar

This company is a scam. Does not provide Internet access as promised. You will pay a lot and not get any assistance. Most days without Internet. Stay away from this horrible isp. Extremely unreliable

For quite some time i thought Rain was convenient but im now surely convinced that i was just in denial...these chaps are top of the many useless service providers. You call and call and call a thousand times but they don't pick up neither do they call back when you lodge a call back request. They been doing a debit order double and have to fight long just to get a refund....so frastrating....not in a thousand years will i recommend anyone to use rain....uselesss

Very Disappointed & fascinating with their service. Without Internet for a week. All my office work are pending. Till now its not resolved. Done all the troubleshooting.Call everyday and have to tell the same whole story to each & every customer service but yet not an action is done. I have been without internet service since yesterday, and have spent R130,00 in airtime trying to get through to Rain, however to avail! Why is it so difficult to get support on the phone, but when you dial sales ext, they are quick to answer? Even when they transfer you, you don’t get any answer? Where is the after sale support for the paying client?

WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!! Rain claims to be 5g 30mbps I cannot stream netflix do zoom meetings nor scroll on Instagram. It's promoted as it works out the box activation took two days after numerous calls!Installation was a hassle we still have credit from being double charged I'd please like a refund for the router and our owing credit not to mention the airtime wasted on calls some feedback would be highly appreciated...
