Very helpfull, but funny enough that every time I want to buy a new rc car from him the prizes is about to increase with the next shipmen. I've spent a lot of money at his shop and still wanted to spend a lot, but that will only happen when he has stock again.....if!!

Purchased an item during loadshedding, did not get a slip due to the power outage. Surprised my uncle with this gift as a birthday by holding it under my shirt once we were outside the shop and so doing surprised him at the the vehicle. This resulted in the security thinking we stole the item which was bearable but unpleasant to us as we know it's his job. What did result in a bad experience was the owners response to this stating if were unhappy he'd rather not sell to us in future (when we returned and asked he Inform the security) I've worked in many large and small companies always as the one seeing to customer complaints and never in my life have I ever told a client I'd rather not serve him due to any circumstance which had led to him/ her being upset. This owner was rude when we entered the shop, unfriendly, unhelpful and after what transpired totally abnoxious and not at at all helpful. I will not return to this shop and surely never recommend his shop to any of my friends or family. I value customer care and after sales service which clearly means nothing to this owner, really a disappointing and difficult experience not worth a revisit.I saw your answer below, knew all the time you are the shop owner as we visited you more than once in preparation for looking for the gift mentioned above, to lie in front of a digital audience about exactly what transpired is not professional, admitting to the truth would've been a better reaction regarding the scenario above. I think it best to rather not support you, seeing that you've changed the scenario to better suit your audience according to your own words. This does not make what actually happened to be correct. As I've stated above we approached you alone, never once was the security guard with us when we approached you after being stopped. Swearing and using bruteness is your allegation to support your own wrongful actions and to let you stand in a better light even though we both know how the situation actually played. You had enough opportunity to threaten me as stated above to not be served by you again as you followed us from your shop to the parking area. Never did you have a conversation with us, rather took the conversation between me and my friend and used it here to suit your own needs as to falsely prove me wrong. In future learn to be less rude to your clients and this would never happen. Hopefully you will learn from this experience rather than pointing fingers and remaining unchanged towards your attitude with your clients. My review was indeed to help you grow. But from your reply I can see this is not possible. Refusing to admit to an incident and it's cause won't teach you anything nor allow you to gain Insight and change your actions.Thank you however for again trying to make this my fault as you've done during the incident. It's good to know you have no remorse nor concern in actual fact towards your customers. You've just hammered the nail in deeper instead of even attempting to resolve the grievance.Well doneThe biggest concern as we've found though is how you judge a client by what he wears and looks like...Hope you grow from thisMy personal reaction to this event would've been perhaps to rather implement a resolution to such from happening whereby I would've incorporated the idea of including gift wrap at my shop, offering this as an idea to future clients who like me, habitually like to surprise friends and family with gifts. Instead of trying to change my lifestyle with warnings about how I do things.Something I would've surely accepted and which would've avoided the above completely from happening at all.

Arrogant and attacks clients.Not worth the visit, as you aren't even greeted properly.Well i saw your reply, and that in itself is very strange as I wasnt the petson you are referring to.I was merely another customer.....You are name bashing and after greeting both of you twice you have a lot to say about old school manners.Instead of attacking the client, it would be better to rather try find out why she felt to make a comment.You were rude and kept going at her.Try learn some old school respect before you constantly try rectify your actions on all yoir reviews.
