This chicken licken is gross inconsistent. One day the wings are nice and fresh and the service is prompt and the next, it's the complete opposite.Service staff is almost always angry, and once in a blue moon you find someone that smiles at you.It's very busy here because it's the only chicken licken around for quite some distance. It services Naturena, the whole of Eldorado Park and surrounding areas, as well as Freedom Park.

This is by far the worst chicken licken I have ever been to. Horrible service and the worst quality of food ever. Their wings are always wet & soggy and this one time amongst the wings I bought was one which was filled with blood. I mistakenly bit into this and became sick.

Worse chicken licken ever, forced to buy because its the closest, just now I did a drive through to buy but the lady there was so rude, no patience and no customer service or manners, she spoke with us as if we are not customers, upon purchasing and the verifone had an error she even rudely grabbed it from us from the window and rudely said the machine won't work, the way she took the verifone from us was as if she is on a war with us. This is the very last time I am coming to this chicken licken at Viking, I will not be treated this way as a paying customer. The slip reads that it was Nokulunga Xaba who assisted us

Have encountered horrible service more than 3 times especially their drive through. Their staff always In a rush to take orders which make them prone to take incorrect orders then get agitated when you correct them.
