Excellent service and experience! We were travelling from Dullstroom to Gariepdam. My Amarok's low water level indicator started coming on near Warden. I topped up my water to the maximum line and had to stop and repeat this process every 30km. We phoned VW Bethlehem to let them know we are on our way through there and whether they will be able to have a look for us. They were more than happy to help and upon arrival immediately took in the bakkie for service. The leak was in an impossible place, so they had to strip the engine to get to the problem. The manager (Hennie) was willing to let their mechanic (Wonder) take the part from his personal Amarok if the part was not in stock at their branch (luckily the part was in stock). Truly amazing service! The whole team was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and sent us off with wishes of a safe journey (and a fixed bakkie) a mere two and a half hours after we arrived there. Thanks guys, you really helped us in a time of need. Much appreciated!

They have great services but just don't expect them to drop you off or collect you after service

Staff attitude the main issue....seem to think they doing you a favour by servicing your car ! No thanks will go elsewhere
