Got my suspension and cv joints done for R4.5k. Returned twice with a query because there was still a knock on the front left wheel. First time, I was advised by the owner to get my links checked. Second time, I was advised, again by the owner, to go to Tyres & More to get my shocks checked. Turned out CV Extreme had not sufficiently tightened the left ball joint when they reassembled my suspension. To CV Extreme's credit, the problem was, after all, with the shock. The person who had fitted it had not done a proper job. The bearing was not fitted appropriately, hence the knock.
