Plumbing work carried out as required however the geyser is not completely fixed (plumbing work completed but apparently an electrician needs to replace a cable). On the payment side was told if i accepted the quote then the call out fee will be cancelled, this didnt happen and i queried it and then a portion of it was cancelled. On querying why, i was told because the plumber spent more than an hour giving the quote they charged me a higher call out fee and only reimbursed the first hour. I have video surveillance at my property which proves he was there under an hour so i was charged extra for nothing but i let it slide. The quote included 4 hours of labour at an hourly rate but the plumber spent under 3 hours at my property, i asked for the 4th hour labour to be removed off invoice and was told no and they have it as the plumber spent almost 4hrs at my property which is not true. I then mentioned that i have video footage proving he was there for about 2 and a half hours only the lady responded theres nothing they can do. Needless to say i paid them and wont use their services again because of the dishonesty.
