Very warm, friendly and cozy surroundings. The manager and staff go beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended if you are looking for a countryside atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Loved every minute spent there.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was well kept and clean. It is a beautiful, peaceful breakaway and our host, Thalia, was very friendly and helpful.

Thaliah and her staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us with eating times and special meal preferences. The rooms are so confortable and the garden with it’s views spectacular! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will recommend The lodge at Curry’s post to anyone!

I cannot speak more highly of our experience at The Lodge. It came about as a result of a car breakdown in Currys Post and Thalia went out of her way to find a room for us (a magnificent 2 bedroom suite) for 2 nights and be such a help with transport.The country setting is perfect: the breakfast has yet to be tasted.If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Midlands you will be hard pressed to find anywhere better.David Rule

Lovely quiet sanctuary in the Midlands. Enjoyed our stay and the country - made time to stop and smell the roses - literally, stare at horses and cows, played Frisbee with the grandkids.

A breath of fresh air.we were really taken aback with this tranquil but elegant setting.Although we were staying over night following a wedding, we almost regret not staying on longer to get the benefit of a break away and use of the facilities.Thank you for the great hospitality.

We booked out the Lodge for a family reunion and 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone had the most awesome memorable weekend. Thalia was like family. Breakfast and accommodation was brilliant with attention to detail to ensure our guests had a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings. Thank you Thalia and staff for spoiling us all.
