Worst tool hire experience I could have imagined! Beware of being defrauded by this company!Apart from taking over a month for calculating my refund after tool hire, they sneaked in a charge for 16 December 2022 which was a Public Holiday when then their branch was simply closed.They have postponed to collect a tool not due to my negligence and then fraudulently sneaked in a charge on my account for that, throwing collection receipt in my face!I was subjected to reaching out to their Head Quarters for a responce from this branch after receiving no refund for 3 weeks!This was never agreed that I will be impudently billed on my account if they are closed on a public holiday and they had such audacity to defraud me after the fact while taking entire month to even communicate about refund!Apart from disputing fraudulent charges I will never do any business with this company ever again!

I didn't understand the request for R1100.00 deposit for a tool that cost far less.
