They are very cost-effective for crockery & cutlery and almost all other party/function equipment/necessities.The only issue we’ve had was getting a hold of someone by phone to confirm availability before ordering online but other have always had a good experience.

We hired two umbrellas from them that looked shoddy, overused with a base that did not fit the umbrella. This caused them to fall over at slightest wind. On return we mentioned this to them. They showed no interest in our complaint. We will never use them again.
