Excellent, knowledgeable and really helpful staff!I had a race coming up and issues with my bicycle that needed a good amount of fixing due to a prior accident. Hattons Umhlanga really went the extra mile to get everything fixed in a quick turnaround. Big credit guys, appreciate it again!

Time and time again I’ve had to purchase bicycle spares , equipment and other items and Hattons Umhlanga continually give me the best service and the best prices. Being from inland with minimal bike shops they are exceptional when it comes to communicating and organizing delivery of my items. They really are 5 star.

I went to Hattons Cycles Umhlanga today, looking for something specific for my bike. I dealt with a lady who knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose the correct GPS for me and my wallet. Very happy with customer service and quality of products bought. Will highly recommend them to anyone, they have got a customer for life!

One of the better franchises for bicycles. However in this shop they are quite passionate about cycling and can provide some good feedback. Would highly recommend them if you are looking at buying a bicycle.
