Today at 11:30 I came into the shop, there was one person on duty, he was assisting another gentleman who also seemed like he wasn't really getting good service. Nonetheless when they were done I stepped forward to be assisted only to have the sales person/manager/owner turn his back to me, go to the back and start wrapping something. I stood there is shock and waited he eventually made eye contact, to which I told him I'd like some documents printed. He mumbled something which I assumed was give me a second. I waited and after a while I left, clearly you don't need my business. Clearly your business is doing well.

You had a back in 5 minutes" sign on your door. I waiting more than 10 minutes outside your store with no one arriving to open & service our needs. First time I have ever experienced this. Firstly your store should never only have one person trying to help customers in the service line that your business is in. I'm disgusted with your service."

Incredible service! Outstanding print quality, and attention to detail. Katlego designed my custom comic book. He and Dipuo stayed after hours to complete my project. I commend them on their customer service.

Such a pleasure dealing with this company. Friendly, skilful staff who are always ready and willing to assist with technical issues. Katlego (aka Kat) is one of the most polite and obliging young men I have ever met and he always makes sure that you get exactly what you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
