17 Gables Cres , Tanglewood Estate : Not fit for living: Firstly, the agent failed to adequately maintain the property, resulting in various issues and damages during my tenancy. Despite bringing these concerns to their attention on multiple occasions, no effective actions were taken to address the maintenance issues, leaving me and my daughter in an unpleasant and unsafe living environment.Furthermore, upon the termination of my lease, I encountered significant difficulties in retrieving my deposit. Despite numerous requests for documentation and proof of the deposit being held in an interest-bearing account as required by law, the agent provided an unsatisfactory bank statement that did not demonstrate compliance with these regulations. This raises concerns about the handling and proper management of my deposit.Overall, my experience with Newberry Properties and their agent has been marked by negligence, lack of professionalism, and a failure to fulfill their obligations.
