For all your after market car needs, This place is located in Meyerton town. Prices are reasonable and have stock of most parts which you require for your vehicles. Management and staff are always helpful and friendly and they are well trained to advise you accordingly, well done to the staff and management on the quality of service provided and also on the quality of of aftermarket parts which is provided

My rating is regarding Jacob and not the Kotwals branch. I called in for a service kit pricing. I was put through to the counter guys and he answered and started asking me what car it was for and as I was about to answer him he started talking to someone else. Now for me coming from a customer service background in the motor industry, what Jacob has done is not right. Once you answer the call you give your attention to the person that you busy with. If you have a client in front of you, you tell the person on the phone you will be with them shortly as you are busy with a client in front of you. Back to the parts, I am very specific on what I want and Jacob tried to give me one price for every thing. In the end I did get my prices separate. Phone etiquette is something that is not existing in Kotwals Meyerton.

This is the most unprofessional place I have come across! Phoned them to ask if they have something I needed for my car. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. Even said “please don’t waste my time, I’ve got customers here” yet we spoke to him so politely. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!

Absolutely no people communication skills will never see me again

Phoning for quotes is a nightmare, you put on hold, if they don't kill the call, then sales have chat, wastes air time. Not helpful at the counter either

Service is quick, only once or twice have they jot had the part, but they are most willing to order it in. Knowledge is very good, even with ambiguous requests. Definitely recommend as a first stop before going to agents...
