Bruce, a manager at the shop, did a perfect job. He gave us a filled (full) gas cylinder for the advertised price as we had seen it outside the shop on the left of the entrance. Note, not the till price which was much higher. Thank you Bruce.However the cashier and other floor staff were dumb struck and refused what Bruce later did without question. I think those members need a re-induction on customer care.

Iyoo those Zulu speaking people think they own that store n are too lazy to assist within the store. You will never find a person to assist you let alone there's no prices on most of the items, lastly they are too quick to say they don't sell it without even knowing what you are looking for nor understand what you are looking for. Was looking for 100m go wire they said they don't have it while system shows they have 13 in stock

They should improve their customer service I went there for the card swap but spent more than 2 hours. They guy who was assisting me would help other customers who came after me, couldn't understand the type of service yhoo

They are okay I guess (service-wise), the store is always limited though and what's with them not included on the online storefront? Even if they don't deliver it would be nice for them to at least offer collections in-store... and this obviously will help with inventory (cause they are always out of what I need 50% of the time )

Yhooo the worst service ever! Only one pay point open in the entire store, the items are not priced, poor stock control, no visible shop floor assistants, my first and last time there, never again
