Generally good but support is up and down. Called once when the internet was playing up - all sorted in a couple minutes. Another time, had the same issue but the person I got through to wanted me to download an app so they could access my laptop and make a long story out of it. If the service was always like the first case, this would be 5 stars.

Very bad service Provider, im on a 50/50 line since November 2022 and have been buffering since day one has put in numerous complaints but all they want is money, they say free installation but trick you to pay R450 for a installer to plug in the router, things other service providers does for free, emailed them last week to give the password for the tplink website to date no reply from support or Dominique. Ones you in no turning back you stuck with them for 12 months and a bad wifi line. So please be carefull, dont let there special trick you.Jasmine

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are absolutely thieves. We had a 35mps line with them for over a year and would get nothing more than 16mb. At that time the account was on my mom's name so I assumed it was always a 15mb line. Then I took over the line and upgraded to a 1gbps line and it worked for a day where I got the full speeds and then after I would get nothing more than 500mbps. Because I took over the line I had access to the older invoices and saw that they did this with us on the 35mbps line. So they ended telling me they gonna refund me for the September month and not charge me for October. I am yet to receive the refund and I ended up changing ISP and now I am getting legal letters for none payment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. Their own support have no idea of their devious ways. I paid it because I have no more energy to fight with them but I would not want another person to go through anything similar to what I went through.

I subscribed for this services for 24 months but I had to cancel the services after 8 month and accept to incur costs just to get rid of this internet provider. My subscription was for 50mbs up and down. although the subscribed amount of MBS was rarely supplied, the service survived 8 month before crushing completely when the internet speed plunged to 0.56 mbs up and down within 10 meters of the main router with no obstruction. The solution to extent router was not appealing as within 8 month we have been using the internet without extension. The call centre is quick to respond but i am sorry the technicality of internet is far from these guys

IPComms increased my subscription TWICE, in less than a year, without warning. My subscription went from R629 to R920. When I applied, I was told that my subscription would be for a minimum of 12 Months and would only increase around inflation for the second year. Well, my subscription was increased after 7 months...IP Comms also promised me, per email, that my subscription will not increase, as long as we are under the State of Disaster. Well, were, still under a State of Disaster.People, my advice to you: Please do your homework before you even consider IP Comms. I am bitterly disappointed in them, and I won't recommend them at all.

An amazing experience from point of contact to installation of internet. Every query and concern was answered by the friendly team. The communication on the whole installation process was excellent and gave me peace of mind. Keep up the good work IPComms.

I must commend many of the consultants I spoke to but one specifically went out of her way to ensure that I received great service. Nothing was too much and I always appreciate it when people go the extra mile to make a difference. Thank you Monique for making this a pleasant experience.

Struggled for a month to get my isp at the time to move my fibre connection to our new home which already had an active fibre connection installed, decided to contact 3 additional isp's, experienced the same bad service so I reached out to IPComms and my internet was online within 2 days! Amazing service!
