So much issues with the house.1. We were promised to move in March 2022, then the date was moved to April and eventually we moved in May- the reason that was given building wasnt done2. With heavy rains the roof started leaking, we are currently living at Willow Creek for 7 months and already our geyser gave in and 3. We had to move out for a week, because apprently the stairs wasn't according to standard so they had to repair it. Makes me question how they do their quality checks and only when there is trouble action is taken4. The feedback back on issues raised with this company (Craft homes) was either dismissive or feedback was given.

What was supposed to be my first Christmas in my new home, was unraveled by poor workmanship and the cover up thereto. E.g. I’ve been complaining about a sewage smell since August 2022 and I was brushed off. On 26 December 2022 I discovered that an already damaged sewage pipe was installed. Craft homes is not who they say they are - save yourself the headache and your money.

I, unfortunately, have to select a star to give a review but they don't even deserve a 1 star. I am very surprised to see people giving Craft Homes 5 star reviews. They just want money and don't deliver on quality. There's more and more developments popping up and best believe once they move onto the next development, they not coming back to yours, should you have any issues. We purchased in their development in Craigavon and occupied last year in Oct. Over a year later and our snags have not been attended to. The snags that were attended to had to be done multiple times to get the job done properly. The contractor was basically living in our house for the past year. The materials used to build the properties are of poor quality. The boundary walls could be kicked down by a kid. Towel holders in bathrooms have fallen out due to cheap plaster used. More than one tile cracked while moving in. The properties are built with no consideration to weather conditions, there's no drainage or piping for rainy conditions. Don't be fooled by the artist's impression when deciding to purchase.

Willow Creek in Little Falls, Roodepoort. The worst nightmare we could have ever imagined.They rushed us to move in while there was still a lot to be completed, just so that they can collect occupational rent.Poor workmanship and substandard work: Undersized staircase; Wrong electrical wiring, Leaking water valves that flooded our bathrooms; Leaking roof and damaged ceiling; Water seepage in the garage; the list is endless.We moved in 1st of May 2022 and still to date, they have not completed to fix the snags in our house.Very bad communication and lack of regard to their clients.If you are considering to buy from them, please don't. If you have purchased and waiting for your house/unit to be complete, good luck to you. To the purchasers who have purchased at their developments behind Leroy Merlin at Wilgeheuwel, I feel sorry for you, I have seen the civil & earthworks they are busy with, its a joke!

Experience with Fourways development…Besides that the properties are smaller than their advertising video impressions… They use the cheapest materials they can find. I cannot recount how many snags one is still raising. The walls are breaking, had low water pressure for months and they blamed COJ, toilet cisterns had to be replaced, our gardens were over flooding- into the houses for some owners, oven hoods falling off for the 3rd time, walls were skew, some are cracking a year later and we’re told it’s normal for all new houses. It’s more than a year and we’ve bought properties before none of these issues were permanentMyself and owners in the complex have never experienced the joy of a new house with Craft Homes, it felt like we bought properties to flip! Their nonchalance to our issues are unbelievable. Our toilets are leaking and we’re told by Body Corporate that Craft Homes says their budget for our complex is done, I had to pay own plumber.My advise is try a different developer, they’re building more complexes in the area, I pity the heartache those buyers are going to experience. Don’t be lured by their pricing, you will pay a higher mental price

This past weekend we had made an appointment for a viewing with David. Being first timers, he had taken us through everything, advised us accordingly, was extremely patient, understanding and took his time explaining every aspect. No hidden costs, no details not mentioned. He was very well informed, thus passing that information to us as well. The property and finishes itself was good and for the price would be worth it, however, unfortunately just did not meet our needs. Keep up the great work David and team.

Cannot believe they are putting up high density apartments on a country lane next to Life Fourways Hospital. The area is already saturated! How did this get approved? Shocking

We rented a piece of land to Craft homes next to their new development. The contract stipulated that they were to leave the land as they had found it, which was a very well maintained property for its purpose. As soon as construction had finished they left the place desolate.Due to their terrible customer service, when getting hold of the relevant person to attend to the problem nothing is done only empty promises.
