For some reason Trink was not my first stop. This was a big mistake I won’t repeat!I was, after all, looking for ink cartridges for a 15+ year old printer and I will NOT use generics.Within seconds I was helped telephonically and I got what I needed. I could simply not believe it because of all the obvious factors against me. Not only did I get what I needed but at a ridiculously low price too!No shipping cost, no waiting for some obscure internet-based vendor either. It only took one phone call and my time travelling there.Well done and thank you Trink…and specifically Walter and Lloyd!

Not happy with the service. Stationery packs were available from 1st Nov. I went on the 4th Dec to purchase one. I received the incorrect box. I called & was told they would exchange the box the next day at my home. They never came. I called (6thDec), just for them to tell me they're waiting for 1 more item for my box. I never received a call to notify me of this or an apology. I cancelled my days errands to wait for the parcel. Every item in that box needs to be marked, I could've been done. what a waste of my time.

Shame on you Trink. I am able to buy similar products online at a cheaper price. However during these trying times I choose to rather support local businesses. I was disgusted to find that according to your policy I am privileged to be able to spend my money at your store but my wife is not able to use your toilet because of Covid. When I ask to speak to you the owner, I am told by the assistant after a few minutes that you are not available. I wonder why?I and my network of family and friends will in future be doing our shopping online, where we will have the liberty of using the toilet when the need arises.

Very difficult to get hold of. This isn't the first time, either. And don't e-mail them for any assistance!!! I did several months ago and have still had no response. However, when you do manage to get through to them and they remember the order, you get your goods within the day.
