I was referred to Headz on many occasions and with great excitement made a booking and gave my number. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the lady's name I was booked with. When I got there, I was told I don't have an appointment and was referred to the hairdresser next to them and no booking there either. I was advised to check with another hairsalon nearby to them. I then left. I checked my calls list on my phone and Headz number on Google. It was the same. I was very disappointed.
