Highly disappointed with the service I got here! I had an interest in a beautiful dress they had. Unfortunately it did not fit and requested an alteration and that was in May. Keep in my I don't reside in SA and had informed the owner. Early June I came back to pick up the dress, the dress wasn't altered to my satisfaction. Had to drive to where the dress maker was to get new measurements and paid a deposit for the new dress. I was meant to have the dress ready towards end of June. We spoke of how she was going to get the dress to me when I come back to SA. Night before my trip to SA I texted her. She gave me an excuse and couldn't get the dress to me. I left SA without the dress again!!!. Early July had a trip again and volunteered to pick up the dress at their shop at Vilakazi as they didn't make any effort to make sure that I get the dress on time. After the new measurements and me going there for the 3rd time, the dress did not fit!!! All the gentleman could say was that he was disappointed and kept me waiting as I demanded my refund.Sorry for a long post, however that was my experience. Am all for supporting black businesses. However without good customer service which requires attention to detail, you end up with very disappointed customers. They need to do better.As for me, I won't be going back there or recommend their services.
