God delivered old food, emailed them and they told me there's a 50 rand coupon voucher what the hell am I supposed to do with a 50 rand voucher? They refuse to give me proper feedback the whole pizza is still in the box I want my money back!!! I took it to debonairs they told me it's Mr d's problem what the hell!!! Worst ever!

This company has fallen apart. It's a total gamble as to whether they deliver your food anymore in our area. They only cancel an hour after you've ordered making it too late to re-order. Zero apologies or accountability. Completely incompetent

Ordered Burger King for my family including Marinda Soft drinks. All drinks received were soda water, so clearly there was no syrup added. This was the first time I had food delivered incorrectly. I logged a complaint directly on the app, and I thought I will get a swift response, but unfortunately days has gone by and still no feedback. I browsed online and found a contact number which I called and followed up on my complaint. A day later I received an email stating that I had to take a photo of all the softdrinks a d send via email. Immediately I became irritated because because clearly I have thronw the contents away by now. In a nutshell I received a voucher to the value of one soft drink only since a photo off all the drinks wasnt sent. Have they gotten back to me promptly, I would be able to send them a photo of all the softdrinks. There and then my family and I made the decision to no longer support Mr D. So sadly after many years of being a loyal customer this is the service you get when things go south. Maybe to them this seems petty, as its only soft drinks, but to me the principal matters most.

Cancelled order immediately as discount didn't apply. Apparently my pizza was already in the oven less than a minute after ordering. Delivery fees have become too expensive on top of that. Uninstalling

Ever notice the Mr. Delivery app notifications about redeeming a special offer lead nowhere? No deal, no message, zilch, nada. Just click bait. I'm onto you Mr. Delivery. App un-installed.

So unhappy with MR Delivery, like this is the 3rd time getting a bad order or receiving the wrong food. Today again I ordered the Burger King Texas burger meal and I received a cheap looking chicken burger. I also oredered pepsi and got water, Not Cool! I lost like R50

Pathetic, order always, always wrong. Items missing. Food cold. And drivers that can't read or use their own phones navigation systems. Have to run after them in the street to get your food . And your respons is . We are sorry. heres an R32 coupon. What a joke. And that's after every single item on every menu is marked up with at least 10%. Gready is the word. Cheers mrD ime done!

A disgrace to South Africa's roads...I was a patron at a popular restaurant in Cape Town with my vehicle parked legally in the parking provided by the mentioned restaurant. A Mr D Food Driver arrived while on the job hurrying to collect an order when he negligently slammed his door into mine causing significant dent and paint damage. I obtained the CCTV footage and submitted it to Mr D and the Police as well as the order number the driver was attending to. Over a month later and I have had no response from the Social and Driver Manager regarding developments in the investigation. The restuarant staff also reported abusive and negligent behaviour by driver partners of this organisation. They have certainly lost a frequent customer in me.
