Very poor service received from Lucert group. There are constant outages where I sit without internet and when its up I don’t get the speed I’m paying for. The send technicians but don’t seem to know how to fix it.

Response on problems experienced is extremely poor, on a previous instance where I accidentally reset my wifi, calls to them fell on dead ears they promise to get back to you but nothing happens eventually I googled the solution. This time round, it's now the third day that I am sitting without connectivity, they never call you back. Diagnosis only happened at the end of the first day. Openserve seems to be where the fault lies but all you get from Lucert is we are waiting for openserve and we are trying. Doesn't seem very effective if this is day 3 and I don't have any firm timelines or anything

I've only experienced good service from Bongani and Lucert Group. They're always friendly and willing to assist. Would highly recommend them for any of your ISP needs.

I paid my subscription fee of R599 and have not heard a thing, it appears to me that the entire process is automated without any actual client interaction with detail of where they are in the installation process. I have logged several service tickets without a sinle responce.Be carefull before just paying a subscription fee as ZERO feadback is given!!!!

Absolutely terrible! Lines are always down. There is never connection and all they can say is restart your router or change the router! The entire complex is down all the time. The bill still stays the same and no one helps. What's worse is we are held at ransom because we cannot use any other service providers. So we are stuck with this terrible Fibre provider! Do not use them if you have the option.

Very rude customer service. They won't help when your fibre is down. Got more help when I ran with the problem on my own to Metro fibre. They do not appreciate how important having a working connection is. We have exams to write and work to do. I truly can't have down time. If you haven't invested yet look for someone else. Please train your staff, they are extremely rude. This isn't charity we pay alot for this service and we expect to receive good service Lucert.

So glad to finally be done with Lucert! Their customer service is non-existant. They charge you for stuff without prior notice and then cut off your service for non-payment despite numerous emails being sent to query the charge. Their ticketing system just sends automated response and tickets get closed with no resolution.There is no after hours support, so if you are down you will remain down until you can get hold of technical support on the next working day. Dont waste your time sending emails or whatsapp as they do not respond. You have to make endless calls before you get assited. Pathethic Service!!!

The worst provider ever!We have no connection numerous times a week with no answers from Lucert. Tickets go unanswered. Do not use them.

I would rate this ISP telecommunications provider a 1 out of 5. Their professionalism is extremely questionable, and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Despite repeatedly reporting a simple fault, they have been unable to fix it as soon as possible, leaving me without reliable internet. Their inability to provide timely and effective solutions is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone!
