Have poor understanding of quality products such as ARP bolts and nuts. Cannot understand problems very well and solutions are not done properly . Waste of time and money working with this business. They make mistakes and customers have to spend money and waste valuable time. They treat customers very poorly and have no decency to accept their wrong. Too much pride and poor knowledge.
