3 times nails peeling off without lasting 2 days.The staff have an attitude if you complain or request how you want your nails to be done.I will go back to he Bromhof one.Dyaff always on their phones and stop to chat with a colleague.Their product is very cheap hence peeling off.

Highly disappointed. I got here at 15:00pm and it’s now 16:30pm and still haven’t been assisted. Just when I thought I was next, the nail tech says she can’t do acrylic and I should wait for someone else. This is highly unprofessional, most of these techs are constantly on their phone and are not even friendly. The owner is not even in today, I wish she was so I could tell her to rather close her doors. Won’t be back to such rude and disrespectful staff.

False advertisement, I asked for nail art that was advertised on their price list and not a single lady could do it. No scrub available for pedicure, nail art is very basic. The nail tech mumbled in her home language that I chose something complicated and she was on the phone. In fact most of the nail techs were on their phones and that made me feel very uncomfortable like I wasn’t supposed to be there. No free coffee and no friendly atmosphere.

I went few minutes ago I had to make the hairstylist understand the type of my hair… she is telling me that she’s been working with her but she can’t even differentiate natural hair and straight hair…I have straight hair but it’s curly by natureThe procedure to wash my hair was two minutes after explaining I just unplanted my hair is it is dirty due to the residue of hair oils. I now have a headache cause she was mad cause we were arguing about my hair I even showed her how natural my hair looks and she didn’t even want to understand the difference. She had to say let me wash your hair and afterwards we will see if it’s not natural or what. I even went to a costumer to tell her the difference between my hair and natural hair. I even made an example that natural hair after washing it shrinks but mine didn’tShe banged my head with the comb while blowing drying it.I end up paying extra money because I was fed up because I had to explain about my hair. I had to pay the amount as a natural hair person will do.Please you guys need to train your employees about different hair types. Just someone knows how to wash, relax and braid her that does not mean they understand hair.Train your staff before hiring

If I could give them zero stars I would. Very poor customer service and the staff have an attitude. My nail came off after 3 days and This is the last time I'm going to The Treat Northgate because it doesn't seem like things will change.

Terrible service and terrible attitude from the employees working there.I walked in and waited with my best friend for 35min before anyone could assist us. When we walked in everyone just looked away and acted like they didn't see us.I was really excited for our spa treatment but after no one attended to us like we were nomads. I unfortunately had to walk out the store. Very disappointed!!!!! I hope no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.

TERRIBLE customer service and overall experience at this shop. The staff isn’t friendly at all and the receptionist had a nasty attitude. I got a very basic gel application done on my toenails and it was so untidily done. Had to peel nail polish off my skin when I got home and my nails were filed scew. They were also having trouble with they’re card machine when it was time for me to pay, I offered to go withdraw money and was told I have to leave my phone behind as if I’m going to run away from paying. Very distasteful service and you’re better off spending your money elsewhere. Will not be going back.
