Aerotec had recieved my vehicle on 10 November, by 11 December they were not yet complete with the job.They were not able to give be a courtesy vehicle for this extensive period in which I had to get to work so I had to use Uber

Had my Aircon condenser replaced through an insurance claim. Aircon never worked properly ever since. Extremely disappointed.

Poor service vehicle wasn't ready after being informed by them that the vehicle was ready for collection. Vehicle number plate not properly attached and had to send my car for a proper valet.

Read their reviews and assumed would get same service. 2 weeks later fetching my car - vendor wasn't fixed properly sticking above the bonnet - repairer decides to adjust the rubbers under the boot - so instead of having one side flush and other side off, I was left with a skew bonnet. And they where suppose to replace stolen items - no jack and no tow hook, received. Got a mail saying going to take another 4 weeks because they omitted it from the claim. Also boot lock was scratched - this after also telling me would take 4 weeks to arrive.After selling my car and taking R17k knock on selling price, the buyer showed me more faults - the buyer was screwing in the bonnet tight with his hand, overspray and paint job wasnt done properly.I went to obtain the tow hook myself, because was really trying to get this car sold and can't be kept waiting 4 weeks without transportation.Today I asked 4 times to send me invoice for repairs as buyer wanted to see what was done. After struggling 4 times he told me to leave it because he could see wasn't coming right, because kept getting told 5minutes then 2 minutes.I was also a customer and didn't deserve to be treated this way. I won't recommend th8s ship to ANYONE.

Great service. Twice weekly updates via WhatsApp and via emails feom the insurance. Very friendly people and they make sure you understand what is being done to your vehicle.
