Worst customer service ever, they made a mistake on a quote they sent me, after once I accepted the quote they rejected it and sent another one with a different amount

Go there at your own risk I was at the Cresta shop exactly 3:30pm. No-one was in the shop I called out but there was no response. 5 minutes later when I was about to leave someone appeared behind counter and told me he knows nothing he is a technician and he is on his lunch with an attitude . He even refused to tell me his name, he said it is personal . HeheheCompetence is if you do not know answers to questions call someone who knows.Terrible customer servicePs I have been at the shop twice, twice I have been disappointed with their customer service.

Paid a deposit at end October 2021 to replace my phone's battery. Was advised it will take about 10 days for the battery to arrive. Followed up about 2 weeks later and they were very apologetic and promised to phone me the next day. It never happenned. When I demanded my money back they said their head office had to do it and promisedit would be sorted the next day. Came back a few days later and told me I must come in to refund... The had my banking details. I gave it to them. Eventually about 2 weeks later I was refunded when I complained at their head office"."

My iPad has been there for 2 months waiting for repair, no communication from them for 6 weeks now and no phone numbers for customers to call them on. Absolutely a joke, they just wants your R170 booking fee, seems like deceptive business tactics and upfront payments that they refuse to return is the name of the game.

Although I have never had problems with their quality of work, I am very unsatisfied with their online booking system. I booked a slot to repair my iPhone screen. On the booking from you specify the make and model. I received a confirmation email saying that I have successfully booked in my phone for repairs. When I get to the shop - they have no stock of that specific screen! What was the point of the email claiming I was successful? To make matters worse they apparently have stock at a different branch, but this branch does not answer phones (apparently things are set up that way, who knows why?), but they also do not answer their emails! If you prefer people to communicate online, please fix your flawed system. Surely someone could have checked whether there was stocking let me know.

WeFix, more like WeFuckUp.Gave in an iPhone for repairs on the back glass and when the phone was returned, the camera was extremely foggy. The repair person must have touched the lens or the camera and gotten it dirty and was too lazy to clean it. I am absolutely fuming and they reckon the whole camera has to be replaced and instead of taking accountability, they said there must have been ink there that came out during the repair. Absolutely useless service and the phone is in worse condition now than when it went in for repair.

The service I got somewhat cold.The lady at the front desk was listening to something on her earbuds, and continued to listen for about 10 seconds from when I stood at the counter. At this point I just felt like walking out.When I asked about the trade in facility you she seemed uninterested, and only told me to download your an follow the steps. She just didn’t seem to care.So I just found it pointless to continue to conversation about my iPhone and iPad that I was considering having batteries replaced.
