Lady Grace Nail and Skin Centre

Took my daughter to Lady Grace to have her legs waxed for the first time and on arrival the wax hadn’t been warmed up due to load shedding so we waited patiently for 20 min , after having the back half of her legs waxed we were informed the wax had run out and a rather shocking attempt at using another brand of wax was used which stuck to the skin horribly. Cutting our loss I made an arrangement to drive back for the first appointment the next morning to finish what was started however the following day when we arrived on time , we were told the wax hadn’t arrived yet and it would take 20 min to heat it when it does finally arrive ! I’m not a difficult person but enquired as to why I wasn’t contacted and Asked to arrive later. I had mentioned the previous day that if there are any further problems with the wax arriving to call me : the response was : “ sorry I also just got here” . We are Never going back , lack of communication , lack of product ordering and shocking customer care and communication, clearly arranging the room and treatments for the client is left until last. We left and had the treatment completed elsewhere …

Was not happy with my pedicure did not even buff my nails was done within 20 minutes did on the 05 feb 2023 will not go back

Lady Grace resuscitated my demaged & brittle nails.They also reintroduced me to Dermalogica, a precise no nonsense product. They offer an intense & concentrated 30 Min facial.The owner Kim & manager ,Jamie will take good care of you. Monday & Tuesday are their slower days...Make sure to call & make an appointment they are quite popular. Enjoy! Spoil your hubby or the boyfriend he won't feel out of place.

Not a great experience. Received two vouchers for my birthday. Used the one the whole experience was very underwhelming. Left 2 messages for the owner to call and still waiting.

Happy to have found a great independent nail salon! Very happy with the way Yolandi did my nails. Good product used. I will definitely go back and recommend. The salon itself is also lovely.

Gave a voucher as a gift. The feedback was bad....from the technician ( Maria) being late, not prepared, unfriendly and overall not what you expect from what should be a pampering session...

I just want to make an appointment but have been blue ticked every time. Also, I was told I could only get a wax a week later when I eventually called. The previous time I went I had a very sick lady waxing me, and the room was a mess. Come on, guys...

It's 3 stars because the experience wasn't great, but the treatment itself was ok.I made a booking online and when I stepped into the salon, I could see they were not expecting me. Instead of telling me to come back later, they said they'll be quick to finish up with their current client.An HOUR later I was finally helped! If I had known that I would have to wait an hour, I would either have come back later or went to another salon.Although she did apologise a couple of times, I was expecting some type of compensation in the form of a discount or voucher or anything other than just saying sorry, that wasn't really enough to change this experience around.

My friend and I spent almost 3 hours and were not offered a thing to drink. Not even water.

Every time I visit Lady Grace, I leave satisfied. Maria has done my acrylic sets twice and so happy with the service. Recently got this set done. Affordable prices, amazing service.
