Oh my goodness! DO NOT EXPECT to be treated as a valued customer! We bought 3 items on Sunday we were told 2 to 3 days for delivery (for which we paid R500). On Wednesday (3rd day since purchase) we were called to say that delivery would happen on Friday (5 days), on Thursday (day 4) we received a call to say only two items would be delivered as one is being brought up from Cape Town. It is now Friday afternoon, NO DELIVERY. I have called the store twice to enquire of the delivery (an hour between calls) on the second call I was subject to the a very loud discussion between staff trying to find out what is going on - surely after an hour they should have this to hand?Pathetic customer service - you can buy but don't expect it to be delivered!
